with Travel To Go?

| A: To place your
vacation exchange or bonus time vacation call Travel To Go
toll-free and speak with an owner services representative.
He or she will inform you of availability of the
destinations you have requested and answer any additional
questions you may have.

| Q: When should I place a request for
vacation exchange?
|
| A: There are no
restrictions on when a request must be placed. For best
results, it is recommended that requests for vacation
commencing during a holiday be placed at least six (6)
months in advance; while regular requests should be placed
at least 90 days prior to the date of vacation. Travel To Go
will accept and diligently work to confirm requests received
as close as seven (7) days out with no additional fees being
required.

| Q: How soon do I have to use my
exchange week?
|
| A: You need to have
your exchange request confirmed prior to the second year
from the date your deposited unit started. (I.E. Deposit
7/1/99 - 7/8/99; be confirmed prior to 7/1/01)

| Q: Which destinations are available
through Travel To Go?
|
| A:Travel To Go
successfully coordinates vacations in Hawaii, Mexico,
Continental U.S., Canada, Caribbean, and Europe.

| Q: Can I exchange into different
dates than those I deposit?
|
| A: Yes! You have
the opportunity to access any unit size available in a
particular destination, regardless of unit size deposited
for exchange.
|
| Q: Am I required to pay an exchange
fee when I deposit?
|
| A: No! Fees for
exchange, unit size upgrade, or holiday upgrade are only
required upon verbal confirmation of an exchange request.
However, when depositing a week 45 days prior to check-in, a
late banking fee will be applicable. A $49.00 request
activation fee is due when placing your request. This is not
an additional fee. The request activation fee will be
deducted from your total exchange fee due upon confirmation.

| Q: How soon can a vacation exchange
be confirmed?
|
| A: In most cases
vacation exchange requests can be confirmed immediately
(within 24 hours); however it is common that some requests,
because of special requirements may take between seven (7)
to fourteen (14) days. More difficult requests, such as
holiday weeks, highly demanded areas & times, and
upgrade requests may take 30 - 90 days to be confirmed. Your
vacation coordinator will inform you of the estimated time
of confirmation to help aid your additional vacation
arrangements.

| Q: When will I receive my printed
confirmation?
|
| A: Confirmations
are printed and faxed upon our receipt of payment for a
transaction. Allowing for payment to post & paperwork
verification, expect your written confirmation generally 7 -
14 days after receiving verbal confirmation.

| Q: If I can not travel this year, can
Travel To Go help me so I won't lose my maintenance fees
already paid?
|
| A: Yes! You have
the option to deposit for future travel through Travel To
go, or you may list your unit to rent.
|
| Q: Is it possible for me to travel
without using a vacation exchange?
|
| A: Yes! Members may
request Bonus
Time in any destination in any unit size for their own
use or for the use of family or friends.
|
| Q: How can I guarantee that my
reservation will be at the resort where I am confirmed?
|
| A: Every Wednesday
a department in our corporate office re-verifies every
reservation for the upcoming weekend.
|
| Q: What are your hours of operation?
|
| A:We are open
Monday through Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. P.S.T.
|
| Q: What happens over the weekend if I
am having a problem at the resort?
|
| A: We have a
manager on call every weekend. If you experience a problem
getting to the resort or at a resort, he or she may be
contacted at any hour during the weekend. (The contact
number is on every confirmation.)
