Dear Jan,

Just wanted to let you know our vacation to Napa was great. We thought the little “cottages” at River Pointe Napa were very charming. They explained to us why these cottages are modular homes as they have to be moved when the rain begins as some of the park floods and the homes are moved to the fair grounds; then moved back after the rains. We enjoyed sitting out on our private patio sipping on wine (which we toured the winery earlier that day) before getting ready for dinner. The people at the resort were very helpful and offered tours which took advantage if and again enjoyed very much.

Jan; I want to thank you for all your help setting this vacation up for us. Your service was wonderful and you were very helpful in planning this vacation. It was so thoughtful of you to send us a welcome home card. It was such a pleasant surprise going thru the stack of mail (mostly bills) then coming across a nice card from you.

Again, Jan everything was great and we thank you very much. I really appreciate the extra time you take in answering my questions and trying to meet my requests. We look forward to planning our next vacation with you.

Just completed my first vacation to Hawaii with Travel to Go. The accomodations arranged by you at both the Lawai Beach Resorton Kauai and Sea Village in Kona were perfect. SkyTravel were fast and effecient in handling our flight and car arrangements, thanks Steve Ecoffey. All in all, we had a great vacation. Only problem was the bedrooms in building 2 at Sea Village were pretty close to Alii Drive and traffic noise was a problem at night.

Just spoke with my accountant and good friend for whom we booked condos in Hawaii for his trip the last half of August. They were thrilled with the accomodations and the whole trip to the Big Island and Kauai. Stayed at the Sea Village in Kona and Pono Kai in Kauai. Although there was no air conditioning at the Pono Kai, and it was set back from the ocean, they were not uncomfortable. They would recommend both resorts to others. Just wanted you to know they had a great trip and thanks for helping to book them and make it all possible. It was Dan's 50th birthday and the family had a ball. His 10 year old son, Nathaniel tried everything when it came to activities. He was always the first one in the water to snorkel, swim or go boating. He loved the one hour helicoptor tour of Kauai as well.

A few months ago, I made a reservation to stay at the Camelback Inn Resort located in Arizona. I have never visited this resort. After listening to exactly what kind of vacation I was looking for Mr. Anthony recommended this resort. He suggested I go online to check it out and much to my delight it was very obvious he had listened very closely when I expressed what I was looking for in accommodations and activities.

As I was booking this vacation for myself and two other people I had to check with my traveling companions on several questions they had. Mr. Anthony was patient, enthusiastic and so accommodating in answering several questions over several phone calls. He even went to the trouble of researching a couple questions I had in regard to the area for me. I want to express my deepest appreciation in maintaining such a high customer service standard. Good day. We would like to thank you and Travel-To-Go for the experience of a lifetime. As you are aware, we had just taken our vacation to Mexico and stayed at the Grand Mayan Resort in Nuevo Vallarta. As your slogan says, Dreams Do Come True!

On August 11, 2006, we arrived in Puerto Vallarta; with luggage in hand, we were taxied approximately 15 minutes away, to the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta. On reaching the resort, we were left speechless with its exquisite beauty. The welcome team at the resort was just amazing. We were guided to the check-in counter through an indescribable scenery of towering Myans, approximately 100 feet high. Once we reached, our rooms filled with elegance, esthetically pleasing, modern but chic, we were again blown away with the sight of a swimming pool on the balcony overlooking the scenery of the golf course. After days of strolling, discovering and enjoying the amenities and the grounds, we have decided that this has been the most luxurious and exclusive resort, with an impressive architectural splendor we have ever visited. The staff was very gracious, helpful and nice; we felt very welcome. This resort was a luxurious concept of home away from home. Everything was excellent. Our overall stay had certainly exceeded our expectations and we are looking forwarded to greater things. Thanks again for the beginning of our future vacations.

One can go nearby to Sun Valley village,with is car free environment,or stroll on mainStreet in Ketchum.The whole area is vey rural and peaceful. We are world travellers and see the USA with Travel to Go. We love to go the places with high mountains during summer time. My husband and I and the Archers would like to thank you so much for all the arrangements you made for our trip to Rome and Venice . We had a wonderful trip! Everything went very smoothly until the very last leg of the plane flight. The transfers and tours just great and they even picked us up at our hotel in Rome to go to the tours. We loved the Gondola Serenade!

The Flower Garden was a very nice clean hotel. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great section of town, that we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We walked our feet off in Rome.

The Hotel in Venice, Locando Remedio was also nicely situated to everything and it was a step up from the Flower Garden.It was combined with the Hotel Columbino( a 5 star Hotel) and even though the Remedio was considered 3 star, it was a step up from the Flower Garden 3 star. I guess I could rank it 4 star. Buffet breakfasts were a wider range of food and again everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a little more formal and plush than the Flower Garden.

We truly had a fantastic trip and everything fell into place like clockwork. I was very impressed with Travel Bound’s arrangements. They were very attentive and in Venice, we had an escort all the way to the airport, since it involved both boat and car arrangements.
The weather was beautiful-not a drop of rain the whole time. Apparently we just missed a flooding rain Sat in Rome(we arrive Sunday am!)

While consumers/clients will often take time out to complain about products and services that do not meet their expectations, or fail to come through with what was promised, I am happy to write to you from the other point of view. We recently completed our first Travel To Go vacation, a ten day cruise that was put together for us by Betsy Whitman. We joined the organization last year, but decided on a winter cruise late in the game (at least for Christmas time traveling.) However, after countless telephone calls and messages exchanged with Betsy, and after her continuous follow ups with Royal Caribbean, the trip was more than we hoped for and expected. Everything was so perfect, that we have already booked next year, with Betsy again coming through as to room & deck assignments, meal sitting and anticipated airline travel.

I hope that this letter is placed in her file and that her value is appreciated. Of course the only draw back to writing is that she may be promoted and no longer handle our account, but I had to let you know how happy we were. We have a non-cruise trip planned next month, and I am sure that it too will be up to the standards set so far.

Again, thank you for a fabulous trip. (And if the upgrade we received was from Travel To Go, great job!!)

Hi Stacy,

Just returned from Grand Mayan at Riviera Maya and had a great time. Weather was 70-80 each day with some rain in the PM on a few days. Nice complex as usual. Ocean was warm and lots of visibility.

At NV we walked out of the building to the adjacent pool. 2 for 1 happy hour from 11-1 made for a few liquid lunches. Very little damage to the complex remaining.

No problems at checkin or check out. No additional unexpected changes. Overall an easy vacation with non-stop air from Boston.

Rented a car for a day to go to the Mayan Dig site. Not many road signs in Mexico. We managed ok and the day was an adventure !

Thanks again for setting up the trip everyone had fun and can't wait for the next trip.

Dear Ms. Cobb--

I have had a difficult time in relation to the terminal illness and passing of my brother. During that time I gave him a week in Branson, Missouri, for him to use. Unfortunately, he passed away and could not use it. I paid for the week and bought insurance if he could not go.

When inquiring at Travel To Go in mid-April about the fact that my brother may not be able to go and how insurance was handled, I was aided in a very kind, clear, and competent manner by Stacey, as to the procedures to follow and what would ensue if my brother could not make the trip. Subsequently, after passing, she followed up with the insurer on several occasions, at my request, as they were not so quick in getting out the paper work to my sister-in-law, Barb. Further, she provided her number so that Barb could, and did, contact her and got detailed help in completing the form along with submission of a statement from my brother's oncologist.

Due to time passing of three weeks, I again contacted Stacey and she followed up with the insurer, also providing additional information regarding original payment for the week. The insurer then replied that they would act expeditiously. This they did. It leaves me to wonder how long it would have taken if Stacey had not stayed on the case. More importantly, I was at all times treated with the utmost courtesy, even if not deserving of it. Further, as to her job, she immediately acted on my requests and was always clear and concise in her responses to me. I have found through the years a lack of clarity or accuracy as well as empty promises to characterize many of my contacts with businesses as a general rule. Her courtesy and competence should not be underestimated. I feel very lucky to have had her working to explain and expedite procedures during a stressful time.

I definitely felt you, as her current supervisor, should be apprised of her excellent work. I certainly look forward to future contacts with Travel To Go based on the professionalism evidenced by Stacey.
