We recently, as you know, spent the week of Dec 6th thru the 13th at the Polo Club in Las Vegas. What a wonderful place to stay. The room you booked had a great view of the strip. Polo towers is beautifully designed, the rooms neat, art work gorgeous, etc. The entire staff should also be commended for their friendliness, helpfulness and the care they extend to their patrons. Everyone over extended themselves to make sure everything was satisfactory. I also want to tell you, Elissa how enjoyable you were to work with as we were trying to decide on our trip. You were extremely helpful and fun to speak with during our conversation. Looking forward to another trip in the near future. Travel To Go is lucky to have a representative such as you. We are leaving Puerto Vallarta today. Our room was very nice, golf course view, no ocean, but ok, quiet. Went on tour, city, jungle, went to Fiesta, shopped some, had a massage. Ryan --WAHOO! -----------------------------------------------------------------O Dear Tina Hill, We really did not know what to expect and were thrilled to find that we had chosen the vacation area in England where all the English people who can afford it like to go. It seems that Devon County is the prime vacation place. On our trip, we flew to London, (Heathrow Airport) and took the train to Paddington Station where we transferred to a train to Exeter. We had been in London several times before and knew we did not want to drive there, (as they drive so fast and what to us is on the wrong side of the road), so had arranged to rent our car in Exeter. It is a harrowing experience to drive over there as the driver is not only driving on the opposite side of the road from what he is used to, but is sitting on the other side of the car. The country roads are narrow and many of them enclosed by tall hedges, so it is like driving in a tunnel...very scary! We made it to our destination, Woodford Bridge, and were thrilled to see that the main hotel where we checked in was an old
beautiful building with a thick thatched roof...very old English! The hotel had both a pub and a dining room, and we found out later that the dining room served scrumptious meals. After signing in, we drove up to what was to be our home for the next week, an
elegant two-story, two bedroom, fully equipped condominium. Needless to say, we were astounded! We found out as the week went on that many of the people there were visiting Woodford Bridge for the second, third or fourth time and that some were time-share holders that saved their points to go there, as it was their favorite place. Those folks also told us of other beautiful places that you offer, so our plan is to take advantage of that knowledge and go somewhere else with Travel To Go. This July we would like to go back to Europe and this time take our daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Lloyd Coker. Ideally, we would like to stay in Austria or Switzerland, but somewhere in Central Europe is the main point so we can easily get to the surrounding countries. Looking at your map, it appears that you have resorts in Austria, Italy and France. Are any of those resorts in the central part of Europe? Please check for us and let me know what is available.
I want you to know that we could not have been any more pleased that we were with our England trip. We are both in our seventies and semi-retired. We cruise frequently and have traveled throughout Europe several times including the
Scandinavian countries and Russia. We plan to be using our Travel To Go arrangements this year and next, as we still have two weeks coming. -----------------------------------------------------------------O

The Villages at Steamboat were fabulous! Beautiful location in the heart of ski country with mountain views all around. The city of Steamboat Springs is a nice town with lots of things to do. We went fly fishing, trail riding, site seeing and of course, shopping. I look forward to our next vacation with Travel To Go. Toni One interesting thing was how bold everyone is about asking for a tip. Outside of the resort, everyone has their hand out, from the bus drivers and tour guides, in restaurants, in stores, everywhere you go. The most unbelievable one was at the airport. When we got to immigration in Cancun, I had my certified birth certificate with me. They checked it in Louisville and again in Houston, no one said anything about the fact that my married name was different than the name on the birth certificate. When we got to Cancun, we had this jerk from immigration with very poor English skills, who said this was a huge problem and I was not supposed to be in the country because the name was not right. However, this huge infraction of the law could be overlooked for a "TIP". I couldn't believe it, a government official asking for a tip so blatantly. To avoid the hassle of being in the airport for any longer than we had to, of course my husband tipped the guy $15.00. It is not the money as much as the principle of the whole thing that upset me. Boy, things are sure different in America, where an immigration officer could be fired for accepting a tip from anyone, and this guy just boldly asked for it or I was not going to be allowed in. Oh well, live and learn. Next time I will have a passport and they will have to come up with something else to get a tip for. Thanks again for everything, we really had a nice 20th wedding anniversary. Next year we are going to Disney and take the kids, a little guilt about leaving them at home this year has set in. We will be interested in the condos on Lake Buena Vista, Cypress Pointe, in October. How far ahead do those need to be booked to guarantee a condo for that time of year? Will need the 2 BR. Attn: Charles We stayed at the Cypress Pointe Resorts. It was very nice to have a small kitchen and large bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had four swimming pools to chose from and all were very nice. It was a peaceful stay. We took the children to Disney World, Universal Studios, Daytona Beach and the Dixieland Stampede dinner theater. We had a wonderful time. The resort helped us with tickets and reservations which made things easier and cheaper on us. Thanks, again. We know now that planning our next family vacation will be easy and enjoyable. Tina, we have just arrived home and wanted to thank you
for your help with our Killarney Village reservations. The cottage was
sensational and the trip grand. We arrived a day early, late on a rainy
afternoon and had no trouble having the caretakers let us in. We had
lover Peat fires every night and thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you again.
We still have two vouchers I believe so maybe we could talk about what we
should do next. All the very best for the holiday. -----------------------------------------------------------------O Hi Moy, Sorry it took me so long to reply to you but I've been extremely busy at work etc. We had a wonderful trip to Marco Island. Everything about it was great! Our accommodations were awesome. We had a fantastic view and location. We really enjoyed having the Tiki bar right close by. The pictures on the web-site a bit misleading because they show little thatch umbrellas on the beach and there is no beach at Anglers Cove but we made out ok anyway. I'm really sorry for my stupidity and the mixup on our departure date. Thanks to you and Anglers Cove we didn't have a problem. Everything worked out and all was well. Marco Island would be a place I would recommend to others to go to. We even went on some little day excursions and enjoyed every minute (eg. Shelling, Key West boat trip and the Everglades). Thanks again for everything and I'm sure I'll be calling you soon to see about accommodations for my next trip. The personel and waiters were so kind, the entertainment was really good, and we had alot of fun. My only advice to others would be: Pretan. My skin was not prepared and I did get a sunburn. The sun was wonderful and so was the ocean, but the pool was the most awesome I have ever seen. I am so glad you recommended this resort for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. It was a nice surprise. We had a wonderful family vacation. I hate to say something negative but we were
very disappointed in our accommodation at Sands of Kahana. We
realize everyone can't have ocean view but we did expect a quiet
room with at least a garden or mountain view. We did not expect a
parking lot view over service entrance (Room 112). The bad part was
there was no A/C so we had to keep windows open to get air. The
noise was awful - traffic noise ( we were next to highway), parking
