Dear Rick-

We were very happy with the beautiful suite we had at the Marina El Cid in Mazatlan!!!! You can feel comfortable sending clients there as long as they understand it is further away from downtown & is much quieter than the downtown hotels. Families with teens might prefer El Cid Moro Towers for the pool & beach activities -(also available to Marina guest with a 5 min shuttle ride) Thanks again for setting us up there!!! We Loved it!!!

Dear Rick-

We are writing to thank you for the accommodation you arranged for us in Kailua/Kona. The week at the Sea Village was quite enjoyable as we had an ocean view and could see the activity in the harbor , as well as beautiful sunsets.

The second week was spent at Mauna Loa Village, also a very lovely property. This complex was very quiet; the landscaping is beautiful.

Dear Troy-

Just came back from Madrid. Had a great time. Stayed in Apartmento Bacillica. An Extra bed was only $8.50 a day. We had a full kitchen. They changed the towels & made the beds everyday. It was clean and very spacious. There were many shops where we stayed. Walked about 8 blocks to the Metro. Staff spoke English and were very courteous. Thank you and the staff at Travel To Go again for helping us to have a wonderful trip.

Dear Rick-

You did it again!!! What a lovely condo you secured for us at Grand Pacific Palisades in Carlsbad, CA. It was located right across the street from Legoland, and we could walk to it. Our grandchildren are ages 81/2 and 5, and were at perfect ages to enjoy Legoland. The people at the resort, all of them, made sure everything went smoothly and were very nice and accommodating. Our view from the balcony overlooked the flower fields (although none were in bloom at this time) we could see the ocean as well. We appreciate this wonderful vacation spot set up for us. Thank you very much.

Dear Rick-

Thanks so much for arranging our trip to Whistler. We know it took a lot of effort & patience on your part. The condo was splendid with great views in all directions. The many amenities were outstanding. The hot tub was checked weekly by a service company. Everything was well groomed and very spacious inside. The natural garden & lawn blended into the Woods.

Whistler Village was full of art, entertainment & beautiful buildings. The sports opportunities are boundless - even a new miniature golf course was just completed. Skiing is possible from the high gondola slopes until August 31st. The restaurants were outstanding. Everyone seemed thoughtful wherever we went.

Dear Rick-

Thank you for the welcome home card. It was very nice of you. The accommodation at the Grand Pacific Palisades were spacious and beautifully furnished. Every thing is so new. They are still building the restaurant that will be on the property. We found that we could get into San Diego within a half hour. There is a very nice shopping center with outlets for all major shops, men & women's clothes. Also there are restaurants about 5 to 10 minutes driving time from the resort. At the resort we used the pool and the exercise facilities. We really had a wonderful vacation. Thanks.

Thank you for arranging the week accommodations for my wife and I at Club Trinidad in Palm Springs. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and across the street from the large shopping center. The management was very gracious and helpful. Their pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing end to each busy day. This trip was a very pleasant break friom our hectic schedules.

Dear Sir or Madam-

We wanted to express our thanks to your employee, Rick Nunez, for his effort that saved our Hawaiian vacation and to inform you of this effort.

In May of last year, we requested condominium reservations for two consecutive weeks, October 16 through 30, on the island of Maui. We had not heard anything from Travel To GO by mid August so we called and left a voice message with Rick wanting to know what was happening. Rick left a message in return stating that he was unaware of any such request. After a number of messages and actual conversations, Rick was able to confirm with your accounting department that we had made such a request, but that request had not been forwarded to him. With less than two months left prior to our departure, Rick then started out to find suitable accommodations. He was successful, and we were able to enjoy our vacation.

In no small part, Rick's effort to resolve the issue about the request during the first morning made it possible for our vacation. I was leaving for two weeks of business travel and it would have made it much more difficult and time consuming to resolve this issue. After our original experience with the Tradewinds accounts before Travel To Go acquired the accounts, this willingness to help is very refreshing. His effort changed what could have been a very unpleasant experience into a very enjoyable one.

Thanks again to Rick Nunez for extending himself and taking the extra effort.
