Sunny, new resort chalet located within the resort
community of Waterville Estates, Campton, NH. Close to
all major NH Ski Areas and located within the White
Mountains National Forest.
This vacation house is located
within the resort community of Waterville Estates. It's
secluded so that you feel tucked into the mountain side,
yet only a few minutes from the community sports center
where activities, programs and sports facilities are
located.|
The house is a mile and a half up Campton Mountain. In
winter there are views of the surrounding mountain
ridges, and in summer you can hear the sounds of Winter
Brook below the deck.

house is a traditional ski house, with 3 bedrooms and 2
baths. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a
full bathroom. Also on this floor is the main entrance,
ski locker and mud room, the kitchen, the living
area/dining room and deck. On the second floor there are
2 bedrooms, a loft and a 2nd full bathroom. The loft
area can be used for a sleeping bag or two. The sleeping
capacity for the home is 6 (1 queen, 4 double beds). We
recommend the loft for sleeping kids only.
